Enrollment Procedures

First, you may either download The GARAGE Workshop registration form, now saved conveniently in MS Word Format & .pdf formats or fill out the online registration forms by clicking on the title of the class you want to enroll in. Complete the form, print it out, and fax it to (632) 4265970. You may also choose to email it to Paolo (pgonzalez@admu. edu.ph). Just save the document with your name and the workshop title (e.g. Johnny_dela_Cruz_PHOTOSHOP.doc) , and attach it to your message.

Second, choose between our two payment options:

• Deposit to our BPI account. Our account name is Jesuit Communications Foundation, Inc. (Acct. No.: 3081-1741-47, BPI Katipunan branch). Fax the deposit slip to (632) 4265970. You may also email it to Paolo (pgonzalez@admu. edu.ph), together with your name and the name of the workshop.
• Pay directly to the Jesuit Communications Foundation, Inc. We are located at Sonolux Bldg., Seminary Drive, Ateneo de Manila Campus, Katipunan Ave., Loyola Heights, Quezon City 1108, Philippines.
