Hello. Ive found a lot of sites offering technical courses on digital imaging, websites, etc. But found no particular site offering HOW TO MARKET say, websites, digi arts, paintings, etc. Business side of it. Know of any course of that nature? Thanks very mcuh
Hi, thanks for your question! Our blogging workshop had a session on blog marketing planned for the last day. Unfortunately, we had postpone it for now because we lacked registrants. There was also the Search Engine Marketing Conference (SEMCON) which was held about a month ago.
How Magazine always has articles about the business-side of the design profession. The magazine is pretty expensive (around PhP800 the last time I checked), but you could always check their website (www.howdesign.com/). You can also get ideas from Entrepreneur mag. They write good articles, but don't expect anything too in-depth.
I'd also check out Abe Olandres' blog (www.yugatech.com/blog/) as well as the SEO Phils Forum (forums.seo.ph/).
